How do I log into my WordPress admin?

MightyPress provides a one-click login feature that gets you into your WordPress admin dashboard instantly — no password required. This guide explains how to use it and what to do if you run into issues.

Using One-Click WordPress Login

  1. Navigate to your site in the hosting dashboard.
  2. On the Site Details tab, locate the Open WordPress Admin button.
  3. Click the button. A secure temporary login URL is generated automatically.
  4. Your browser opens the WordPress admin dashboard in a new tab — you’re already logged in.

How It Works

Each time you click Open WordPress Admin, the system generates a fresh, time-limited login URL. This URL authenticates you automatically without needing your WordPress username or password. The link expires after a short period for security — if it expires, simply click the button again to generate a new one.

Troubleshooting

If you’re having trouble with one-click login, check the following:

  • Site must be Active — One-click login only works when your site status is Active. If your site is Pending, Suspended, or has Setup Failed, the button may not be available.
  • Pop-up blockers — The login opens in a new browser tab. If nothing happens when you click the button, check your browser’s pop-up blocker settings and allow pop-ups from the MightyPress dashboard.
  • Expired link — If you see a login page instead of the dashboard, the secure link has expired. Go back to the hosting dashboard and click Open WordPress Admin again.

Tip: The one-click login uses a time-limited secure URL, so you don’t need to remember a separate WordPress password. Each click generates a fresh, secure session.
